Empowering Minds also offers play based learning, writing workshops, historical immersion camps, fine arts, martial arts, life coaching,counseling and even interior decorating geared to helping reduce anxiety and trauma.

We attempt to offer a whole life approach to living a confident, secure and happy life for adults and children.
